After my Sunrocket VOIP was abruptly cut-off as a result of their bankruptcy, I was in the need of a new VOIP provider. With many to choose from, I ulimately decided to go with the biggest carrier Vonage. They were offering a great deal for Sunrocket customers where you could get setup for free and also get 2 free months. I received the adapter the next day and was up and running in about 5 minutes.
As for the service, so far it has been great. The call quality is much better than what Sunrocket was. All the features are great. My only complaint so far with the service is the outgoing caller-ID. With Sunrocket you could choose what you wanted the caller-ID to show when you called someone. With Vonage the only thing that shows is the state name. It does not show your name. Other than this minor flaw, it has been working great.
